Hi, my name is Frank W. Weber alias
ARATORA. I'm a freelance conceptual artist.
ARATORA is the Latin name of my home town Artern situated at
Thuringe/Germany.
During my daily artistic work I create a lot of sketches and
drawings as first ideas for greater works.
Those sketches have a shadowy existence in sketchbooks, pads
and drawers.
Some of those sketches, which reflect the latest work I put
together in the monthly artist biography.
By means of a special print method they are brought on
different kind of papers,
are then post colored by craftsmanship and get unique
numbered originals.
My life is influenced by different family and social
aspects, conversations and discussions, read books,
delicious meals, aromatic cigars, good wine, journeys, ups
and downs and lots of more.
As an artist I don't know regular working times.
That's why even things were put in the biography which
belong to my life, for instance a recipe of a delicious
meal,
a photography or other originals. An index in German will
give you short explanations of the included works.
In the course of time you'll get a line through the life of
an artist, a lively biography.
The monthly folder consists of 20 different sheets.
